The publisher (hereinafter the “Publisher”) of the website www.melonea.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal data (“Personal Data”) relating to any user (hereinafter the “User”) and collected in the context of the Website’s activity.
The Publisher undertakes to process such data in compliance with applicable regulations, including the French law of 20 June 2018 on data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In the event of a dispute, the User may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) (www.cnil.fr), the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing personal data protection obligations.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal Data are primarily intended for use by the Publisher.
They may be shared with service providers (subcontractors) engaged by the Publisher to provide the Services for the purposes described above.
In the event of illegal activities, suspected illegal activities, investigations, or judicial requests, Personal Data may be transmitted, upon request, to judicial or regulatory authorities: police, gendarmerie, magistrates, tax or social services, etc.
6. Transfer of Personal Data outside the EU

Most Personal Data are retained for 3 years from the User’s last activity on the Site, then archived with restricted access for an additional period authorized by law (payment, warranty, disputes, etc.).
They are then deleted.
